**RESPONSIBILITIES**- Collect, cleanse and validate operational data from various sources (ERP, CRM, logistics systems, etc.).- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor KPIs, SLAs, and operational performance.- Identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for process improvement through data analysis.- Collaborate with order operations managers and other stakeholders to define data needs and reporting requirements.- Support forecasting, capacity planning, and resource allocation through data-driven insights.- Ensure data governance and compliance with internal and external standards.- Automate recurring reports and streamline data workflows using tools such as Excel, Power BI, SQL, or Python.- Assist in the implementation of new systems or tools related to data management and operations.- Experience in order management, logistics, or manufacturing operations.- Knowledge of Lean or Six Sigma methodologies.- Familiarity with automation tools (e.g., Alteryx, Power Automate).**QUALIFICATIONS**Minimum Job Qualifications:- University degree or equivalent experience in a related field- 4 - 8 Years of verifiable equivalent work experience- Advanced English is required || Portuguese/Spanish is a plus**EDUCATION AND CERTIFICATIONS**- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Data Analytics, Engineering, or a related field.- Experience in data analytics, preferably in operational or supply chain environments.- Proficiency in data tools such as Excel (advanced), Power BI, Tableau, SQL, or Python.- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) is a plus.- Attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.- Experience in order management, logistics, or manufacturing operations.- Knowledge of Lean or Six Sigma methodologies.- Familiarity with automation tools (e.g., Alteryx, Power Automate).LI-TA1
