We are looking for DevOps Manager, who wants to learn and transform his career.
In this role you will:
- Develop, implement, and maintain a comprehensive DevOps strategy aligned with Bunge's business objectives.
- Lead and mentor a team of DevOps engineers, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
- Design, build, and maintain stable and efficient infrastructure to optimize service delivery across different environments.
- Oversee the establishment and maintenance of CI/CD pipelines, ensuring efficient and automated software delivery.
- Implement and manage Infrastructure as Code (IaC) practices to automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and continuously improve building, packaging, and deployment processes.
- Collaborate with Cloud Engineers to integrate cloud services seamlessly into the DevOps pipeline.
- Champion and implement DevSecOps practices, ensuring the security of infrastructure and applications.
- Manage budgets related to DevOps tools, resources, and infrastructure.
- Foster strong collaboration between development and operations teams, promoting a DevOps culture.
- Work closely with engineering teams to forecast resource needs, optimize infrastructure costs, and plan for future growth.
- Tickets handling and dispatch
- DevOps detailed and stakeholder perspective development and execution
- Internal team and external partners team members governance, coordination and verification
- Management and daily work with internal and external DevOps team members
- Hands-on attitude, when needed
And much better if you stand out for:
- English Advanced
- Deep understanding of DevOps principles and practices
- Expertise in CI/CD, IaC, and configuration management tools
- Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP preferred)
- (Optional) Proficiency in scripting languages (Python, Bash, etc.)
- (Optional) Experience with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Strong understanding of security best practices
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Experience with Agile development methodologies.
Desirable Skills:
Google Cloud certifications are very welcome.
Master's degree is a plus.
