Job Description Summary: The Sales & Marketing Recruiting team is seeking an experienced recruitment professional who will be part of a high performing TA team focused on finding top talents for the business. This role will be the on the ground talent expert for hiring for a wide variety of roles within the Brazilian market and beyond. We value a true Talent Acquisition partner with strong business instincts, full cycle recruiting, and desire to partner with business leaders.
**Job Description**:
Duties & Responsibilities
- Engage and partner with the Hiring Managers / Business Unit Leader to understand hiring requirements, products and services, while providing recruiting industry expertise.
- Develop innovative recruitment strategies and manage the end-to-end hiring activities of assigned requisitions, delivering an efficient and effective service to all involved in the hiring process.
- Aggressively build a pipeline of diverse top talents by sourcing through multiple and creative channels, with the help of various sourcing partners, leveraging internal and external resources, developing talent communities, keeping in mind our global DIE&B objectives.
Be an expert in the local market by conducting on-going market research and analysis to develop innovative and effective sourcing strategies, providing market intelligence to the business as required.
At least 7 years of recruiting experience in a fast-paced environment, high volume hiring exposure in a multinational contact center or financial services / fintech industry.
- Bachelor's degree or related experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, good interpersonal and negotiation skills, plus demonstrated effective listening and questioning skills applied to various stages of the processes.
- Self-driven, proactive and highly motivated, with a true sense of ownership, extremely diligent and detail oriented.
- Must have a strong sense of urgency and demonstrated ability to work independently, managing multiple tasks while ensuring a professional level of tact and diplomacy with all levels of management.
- Ability to work with mínimal supervision, takes initiative and works independently on projects, an effective team player as well.
