About the Job

Amazon is seeking a seasoned Sr. Product Manager to lead our payments initiatives in Brazil and drive access to affordable payment methods.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Partner with local and global stakeholders to develop ongoing and upcoming initiatives, prioritizing requirements and managing trade-offs to efficiently meet business needs.

  2. Conduct customer research, identify product/experience gaps, and design solutions addressing unmet customer needs.

  3. Create go-to-market plans for new features, gathering business requirements and building deliverables.

  4. Lead external partner relations, managing performance, customer experience, and driving operational excellence.

  5. Drive product awareness and adoption through marketing campaigns and internal/external partnerships.

  6. Oversee daily operations, assessing risks, monitoring progress, and providing actionable insights.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
  • 5+ years of product management, product marketing, business development, or technology experience.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition.
  • End-to-end product delivery experience.
  • Feature delivery and trade-off experience.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • Influencing senior leadership through data-driven insights.
  • Working across functional teams and senior stakeholders.
  • Master's degree or equivalent.
