As a Senior Software Engineer - Android , you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of mobile applications for next-generation vehicles. You will help design, develop, and deliver high-quality Android apps while fostering a culture of excellence. Your work will directly contribute to building applications that will revolutionize the automotive industry. Contract Details: Contract type: Permanent (CLT) or B2B (PJ) Salary (hourly) - B2B /Freelancer (PJ): 150-200 BRL /hour Salary (annual) - Employment (CLT): 140 000–200 000 BRL gross + 13th salary + holiday pay Responsibilities: Define and evolve technical standards for mobile applications, ensuring scalability, performance, and security. Identify and evaluate emerging technologies to drive innovation and efficiency. Contribute to the convergence of legacy systems into modern platforms and tools. Implement security and privacy best practices for sensitive data in mobile apps. Collaborate with cross-functional global teams, including Product Managers, Designers, and QA, to deliver high-quality products. Drive process and system improvements with a focus on long-term scalability and maintainability. Stay updated with trends in Android development and mobile ecosystems, experimenting with new ideas and solutions. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field. Significant experience in software development, system integration, and mobile app development. Proficiency in Android Native, Kotlin, and experience with AWS technologies. Strong knowledge of programming languages, design patterns, and data structures. Experience with cloud platforms and version control systems (Git). Familiarity with Agile development methodologies. Fluent in English, with strong communication skills. Entrepreneurial mindset with a drive for innovation and continuous improvement.
