We're currently looking for an AI Engineer to join our team
What we're looking for:

  • 4+ years of experience working professionally in Machine Learning and/or AI.
  • 1+ year of hands-on experience with LLMs (closed or open source).
  • Advanced Python skills and familiarity with NLP frameworks.
  • Solid understanding of ML/AI best practices.
  • Experience using libraries such as LangChain, LangGraph, or llama-index.
  • Strong understanding of Agentic workflows, RAG, and prompt engineering.
  • Familiarity with ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow) and Python libraries (NumPy, Pandas, Matplotlib).
  • English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
  • Location: LATAM

Nice to have:
  • Understanding of security and robustness in AI systems.
  • Knowledge of software development practices
  • Certifications in AI / ML / Data Science
