**WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING**
Somos maior banco da zona do Euro e o terceiro maior banco privado no Brasil Estamos procurando profissionais capazes de aplicar o estado da arte em Ciência de Dados e Big Data Analytics a fim de, por meio de dados, entender os nossos clientes e oferecer para eles o que precisam no momento certo e da melhor forma possível.
**Responsabilidade e Atribuições**
Você fará parte da equipe de Ciência de Dados do Datalab. Trabalhará com diversos problemas complexos, apoiando as mais diversas áreas do banco como CRM, Open Banking, Cobrança e Pricing e com aplicações diretas e imediatas com grande potencial de impacto no cotidiano de nossos clientes. Ainda, será responsável por traduzir questões de negócio para o mundo da Ciência de Dados e dar sentido aos resultados dos modelos.
**Requisitos e Qualificações**
Requisitos Imprescindíveis
- Experiência em modelagem estatística, Machine Learning e Inteligência Artificial;
- Experiência com manipulação de grandes bases em ambiente Big Data (Spark, Hive, Hadoop, Python);
- Boa comunicação e desenvoltura para conduzir projetos e reuniões com demais áreas do banco.
Requisitos Desejáveis
- Experiência no mercado financeiro e CRM será considerado como diferencial.
- Proficiência em Inglês e Espanhol
