We are seeking a skilled Agency Recruiter to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for recruiting and managing agencies, as well as assisting in the translation of events and product features from English to Portuguese.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, a sales-oriented mindset, and experience in agency recruitment or management. They will also be fluent in English and Portuguese, and enjoy using voice social apps.

Key Responsibilities
  • Recruit and manage agencies, with a target of at least 200-300 hosts per month.
  • Assist in the translation of events and product features from English to Portuguese.
Requirements
  • Fluent in English and Portuguese.
  • At least one year of experience in agency recruitment or management.
  • Excellent communication skills and sales-oriented mindset.
  • Enjoy using voice social apps and familiar with various features and gameplay.
