SAP QM Consultant (Contract) – Pharma Industry / LIMS IntegrationLocation:Brazil – Remote / Hybrid (depending on project)Contract Type:Freelance / Independent ContractorDuration:12 months (extendable)About the OpportunityWe are looking for an experiencedSAP QM Consultant (Contractor)to supportSAP S/4 HANA implementation and enhancement projectsfor clients in thepharmaceutical sector.The consultant will play a key role in designing and configuring SAP QM processes, ensuring seamlessintegration with LIMS (Laboratory Information Management Systems), and maintaining compliance withGx P and pharmaceutical quality standards.This is an excellent opportunity for independent SAP professionals who enjoy project-based work, flexibility, and the chance to collaborate in a global, regulated environment.Key ResponsibilitiesConfigure and supportSAP QM processes(inspection lots, results recording, batch management, certificates).Design and manageSAP–LIMS integrations(Lab Vantage, Lab Ware, or equivalent).Collaborate with cross-functional teams (PP-PI, MM, WM/EWM) to align manufacturing and quality processes.Ensure fullGx P complianceand support validation, testing, and documentation.Participate intemplate design, rollouts, and process improvementsacross global sites.Provide training, functional support, and issue resolution during cutover and go-live.Requirements5+ yearsof proven experience as anSAP QM Consultant.Strong background in thepharmaceutical or life sciencesindustry.Hands-onLIMS integration experience(e.g., Lab Vantage, Lab Ware, etc.).Working knowledge ofS/4 HANA,IDoc/q RFC/Web Services, andinterface technologies.Understanding ofGMP/Gx P validationand quality control processes.Fluent inPortuguese and English(Spanish is an advantage).Availability to work remotely or hybrid within Brazil under acontractor model (PJ or freelance).
