PROPÓSITO DO TRABALHO

O Medical Science Liaison (MSL) é um profissional de medical affairs baseado no campo, com profundo conhecimento sobre doenças, tratamentos específicos, produtos disponíveis, compostos em investigação (na Lilly e na concorrência), pesquisa, assuntos regulatórios e educação médica. Sua principal atividade é engajar especialistas na comunidade médica para entender pesquisas externas, necessidades clínicas, responder a questões espontâneas e fomentar diálogo científico bidirecional. Os Scientific Experts são indivíduos reconhecidos por sua expertise em áreas específicas, com necessidades de informações aprofundadas e atualizadas, pois desenvolvem pesquisas e educam colegas e estudantes. O MSL melhora os desfechos dos pacientes ao facilitar comunicação científica e fornecer informações que orientam questões clínicas e científicas importantes.

PRINCIPAIS RESPONSABILIDADES
  • Responder às questões dos Scientific Experts
  • Reunir, analisar e compartilhar insights clínicos e inteligência científica
  • Facilitar oportunidades de pesquisa e atividades de educação médica
PERFIL DO TRABALHO e PRE-REQUISITOS
  • Graduação na área da saúde (Medicina, Biologia, Enfermagem, Fisioterapia, Biomedicina, Farmácia ou Nutrição)
  • Prévia experiência como MSL (1-2 anos)
  • Experiência em Cardiometabolismo será diferencial
  • Pós-graduação (mestrado/doutorado) será diferencial
  • Proficiência em inglês (falado e escrito)
  • Habilidades interpessoais e de networking
  • Curiosidade por inovações e aplicações tecnológicas na área de Cardiometabolismo
  • Alta motivação e capacidade de compreender e comunicar conteúdo científico de forma clara
  • Capacidade de atender às necessidades de clientes com informações complexas
  • Gerenciamento de múltiplos projetos e prioridades
  • Habilidades de apresentação e avaliação de artigos científicos
  • Familiaridade com comunidade acadêmica, pesquisa clínica e educação médica continuada

  • Mobilidade para residir em BH, interior de SP (Campinas ou Ribeirão Preto) ou Rio de Janeiro
