Product Design Manager Uitify is a design studio that specializes in UI/UX, product design, and branding for early-stage SaaS startups. Our focus is on designing high-quality digital experiences that meet the needs of fast-growing companies. This role is ideal for a hands-on design leader who enjoys solving complex user problems and shipping scalable, intuitive products. You'll collaborate closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and stakeholders across US-based SaaS teams to drive product excellence. Key Responsibilities: Lead the full end-to-end product design process: discovery, research, wireframes, prototyping, and high-fidelity UI. Work closely with Product Management and Engineering to define requirements and deliver user-centered design solutions. Design complex cybersecurity tools and SaaS product interfaces, ensuring usability, scalability, and performance. Conduct user research, usability testing, and heuristic evaluations to validate design decisions. Partner with stakeholders to align design goals with business objectives and technical constraints. Build and maintain design systems and UI libraries for consistency across all product areas. Stay up to date with cybersecurity, UX trends, B2B user behavior, and enterprise design best practices. Mentor junior designers and contribute to design reviews, critique, and team leadership. Requirements For this role, we're looking for a Senior Product Designer with: Full professional English, written and spoken. Strong portfolio demonstrating complex enterprise product design, especially in cybersecurity, data tools, or technical SaaS products. Expertise with Figma, FigJam, and prototyping tools (Framer, Principle). Deep knowledge of interaction design, user flows, information architecture, and UX strategy for B2B products. Experience working in agile development environments with PMs and engineers. Familiarity with design systems, WCAG accessibility standards, and responsive design. Why Join Uitify?
