Employer Industry: Medical Technology and Healthcare Solutions Why consider this job opportunity: Salary up to $130,000.00 Opportunity for significant incentive compensation through a Sales Incentive Plan (SIP) Comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, and vision insurance, retirement plans, and tuition assistance Flexible remote work arrangement with the ability to manage your own territory Commitment to employee growth with training and mentorship programs What to Expect (Job Responsibilities): Provide technical, educational, clinical, and sales support to meet sales and customer service objectives for Cardiac Ablation Solutions Represent the employer during ablation procedures, offering troubleshooting and technical assistance Educate and train physicians and hospital personnel on technical matters related to AFS products Collaborate with sales representatives to ensure effective communication regarding procedures and issues Promote the safe and effective use of the employer's products and work towards achieving regional sales objectives What is Required (Qualifications): High School diploma or GED with a minimum of 11 years of work experience in healthcare within an EP, Cath Lab setting, or sales in the cardiac field; OR Associate degree with a minimum of 9 years of relevant work experience; OR Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 7 years of relevant work experience IBHRE or RCIS or RCES Certification is required Valid driver's license and ability to travel within assigned territory How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications): Preference for local candidates and those with experience at the employer Bachelor’s degree in nursing, cardiovascular, life sciences, or a related technical discipline with at least four years of experience in the cardiac field Proven track record in technical training assignments Experience in the cardiac catheter ablation field or EP medical sales providing technical/clinical support We prioritize candidate privacy and champion equal-opportunity employment.
