**Role & Key Responsibilities**:Eeze is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Regulatory Compliance Manager to oversee and manage regulatory obligations across assigned iGaming markets. This role is central to ensuring the company’s operations remain fully compliant with jurisdictional licensing and regulatory standards. You will serve as a key liaison between regulatory authorities and internal teams, helping interpret and implement compliance requirements while supporting business initiatives in existing and emerging markets.You will be responsible for:- Monitor, coordinate and process regulatory compliance obligations, including licensing for assigned markets.- Communicate regularly with various regulatory authorities for confirming regulatory and technical standards to ensure that the company meets jurisdictional regulations.Work closely and collaboratively with other key stakeholders internally and externally in the regulatory landscape.- Maintain knowledge within various tools and assist in the analysis of e-gaming regulatory compliance standards within assigned markets, existing and/or newly regulated markets. Assist in keeping an up-to-date and accurate library/database of regulatory standards and licenses.- Develop new market entry project plans and track progress; prepare and maintain status reports and schedules, track milestones and dependencies, ensuring that all work is delivered on time and within budget.- Communicate efficiently and maintain/develop strong relationships with e-gaming regulators, accredited test facilities, internal departments, external customers, and other stakeholders in the regulatory landscape.- Review and assess new product features and functionalities across all verticals. to ensure alignment with regulatory requirements in existing and target markets; coordinate with product, legal, and technical compliance teams to identify potential regulatory implications and required approvals prior to launch.- Draft and review Terms and Conditions for products and promotions to ensure compliance with jurisdictional regulatory requirements; collaborate with legal, commercial, product and technical compliance teams to tailor content for specific market standards and regulatory expectations.- Stay up to date with regulatory developments and best practices in compliance control within and outside of the company.- Any other ad-hoc duties that may be require.**Qualifications**:- 3-5+ years of experience in iGaming regulatory compliance, with at least 1-2 years in a senior or managerial role overseeing licensing, regulatory reporting, or market entry initiatives.- Strong knowledge of global live casino regulatory frameworks, with direct experience managing compliance in multiple jurisdictions.- Proven ability to interpret, apply, and communicate complex regulatory requirements across diverse internal and external stakeholders.- Experience engaging with regulatory authorities, accredited test labs, and compliance consultants.- Familiarity with licensing processes, market entry strategy, and the operational impacts of regulatory requirements.- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize effectively, and meet strict deadlines in a fast-paced environment.- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to draft regulatory documents and compliance-related Terms & Conditions.- Collaborative mindset with a strong ability to work cross-functionally with legal, technical, product, and commercial teams.- Proficiency in regulatory tracking tools, compliance databases, and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).- Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business, Political Science, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
