SENIOR UX DESIGNER AI Platforms In this role, you will be part of the team responsible for creating the vision of what an AI / ML platform looks like and how it should function. You'll be responsible for driving deliverables like concept sketches, user scenarios & customer journeys, workflow diagrams, storyboards, wireframes, user interface designs, and prototypes. Across platforms including web and mobile. User Experience Design associates will work across stakeholder groups and with internal and external customers, the role must understand and analyze user needs and translate those needs into usable, valuable and desirable user interface designs and flows. This individual identifies the appropriate user experience research methods / activities for each project, and is responsible for designing, planning, performing and communicating the results of research studies to stakeholders and project teams. This position requires in-depth knowledge and experience. Uses best practices and knowledge of internal or external business issues to improve products or services. Solves complex problems; takes a new perspective using existing solutions. Works independently, receives minimal guidance. Acts as a resource for colleagues with less experience.
