You will run A/B tests & experiments to improve conversion rates continuously. Key requirements for this role include strong knowledge of Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) and A/B testing. Additionally, you must have an analytical marketing mindset while being quick to iterate on ideas. Creative problem solvers who thrive on experimentation and iteration are highly valued. Nice to have skills include SEO basics, basic HTML/CSS, and understanding of UI/UX principles for better user journeys.
