IT Recruiter at BairesDev We are seeking an experienced IT Recruiter to strategically analyze our pool of pre-vetted candidates to staff ongoing IT opportunities. In this role, you will serve as a key link between Client Services/Sales and the Talent Acquisition team. Daily responsibilities include analyzing, selecting, preparing, and presenting candidates, managing the end-to-end vetting process from the client side, and staffing open positions while ensuring time-to-market and revenue optimization. The ideal candidate is analytical, adaptable, and detail-oriented, with a process- and business-focused mindset. Collaboration and a team-first attitude are essential. The role requires the Recruiter to be articulate and eloquent in English. What You\'ll Do: Successfully handle and fill openings, selecting candidates and meeting deadlines. Review and filter candidates in the pipeline, following specific parameters and guidelines. Write summaries and edit resumes to present candidates effectively. Handle communication with Clients, Client Services, and Sales teams. What We Are Looking For: Experience working with IT recruiting and technical talent acquisition. Adaptability and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication skills and the ability to present candidates effectively.
