Employer Industry: Insurance and Financial Services Why consider this job opportunity Salary up to $122,300.00 Opportunity for career advancement and growth within the organization Eligible for an annual incentive (bonus) plan Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and retirement assistance Flexible workplace that promotes work‑life balance and hybrid working options Supportive and inclusive work environment that values employee contributions What to Expect (Job Responsibilities) Develop and provide detailed analysis for the Investment Management team, explaining results and offering insights to internal clients Lead the annual industry asset allocation initiative by analyzing asset holding data to identify trends Accurately develop, maintain, and discuss various investment reports with clients Aggregate and report investment results and positions while supporting regulatory and Board reporting requirements Collaborate with team members and build relationships with clients, influencing Portfolio Managers and Director‑level customers What is Required (Qualifications) Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, accounting, mathematics, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience 5+ years of experience in a business‑related role, preferably with skills in forecasting and problem‑solving Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and identify process improvements Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint Strong written and verbal communication skills How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications) Coding skills in Python or R preferred Progression toward CFA® designation We prioritize candidate privacy and champion equal‑opportunity employment.
