Job Description

As a key member of our global IT team, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful deployment and localization of SAP S/4HANA in various business segments across Asia. This involves co-leading end-to-end SAP technical activities with senior leadership and project managers to guide the project team's efforts towards a seamless go-live experience.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading and coordinating technical SAP localization and deployment tasks throughout the project lifecycle, encompassing technical landscape readiness, completion of remaining SAP build configuration and development activities, and localization of SAP S/4HANA according to regional requirements in Asia.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including K-C leadership, project managers, functional leads, technical platform leads, SAP developers, and business stakeholders to ensure alignment with project goals, milestones, and specific deliverables.
  • Managing and documenting traceability between technical requirements, business requirements, completion of deliverables that meet requirements, testing activities, and defect resolution through go-live and into hypercare.
  • Providing leadership and mentorship to other cutover business and technical team members and adhering to SAP S/4HANA cutover best practices and standards.
  • Tracking and reporting technical cutover preparation and progress, risks, actions, issues, and decisions to project leadership through designated project management tools, meetings, emails, and project documents.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To excel in this role, you will require:

  • A minimum of 5+ years of experience in SAP technical cutover management, with at least 5 years in a technical cutover or related technical leadership role.
  • Strong understanding of SAP modules (e.g., FI/CO, MM, SD, PP, WM, BW, and more) and their integration points.
  • Prior hands-on experience with SAP configuration, development, implementation, troubleshooting, and resolution of technical defects is mandatory for this Technical Cutover Manager to manage all technical activities of other technical cutover resources.
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
