Marketing Position Overview This is a full-time on-site role for a Marketing Manager located in Iligan. The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies that drive business growth, conducting market research to identify opportunities, managing marketing campaigns across various channels, and overseeing the marketing team. Daily tasks include: Creating engaging content for marketing materials such as brochures, social media posts, and email campaigns; Analyzing campaign performance to optimize results; Coordinating with other departments to ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints. The Marketing Manager will also be responsible for managing the budget, monitoring industry trends, and identifying opportunities for growth. Key qualifications include: Marketing Strategy and Content Creation skills to develop compelling marketing materials; Market Research and Data Analysis skills to inform decision-making; Project Management and Team Leadership skills to lead a high-performing marketing team; Budget Management and Financial Analysis skills to optimize resource allocation; Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams; Ability to work independently and possess strong organizational skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines; Experience in digital marketing and social media platforms is a plus; Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; Previous experience in a marketing management role preferred. This role requires a Marketing Manager who can develop and implement effective marketing strategies, lead a team, and manage budgets to drive business success.
