Senior Expert for Operations As a key player in our global delivery business, we are looking for a Senior Expert to oversee and drive operational excellence across our network. This includes developing and implementing strategic capacity scheduling frameworks, addressing supply-demand imbalances, and leveraging data insights to optimize delivery efficiency. Key Responsibilities: Develop intelligent spatiotemporal scheduling strategies to optimize capacity utilization and SLA compliance. Design and enhance resilience mechanisms to mitigate critical supply–demand imbalances. Monitor real-time operational performance metrics and drive proactive adjustments to ensure service reliability. Leverage data analysis to refine scheduling algorithms and improve forecasting accuracy. Required Skills and Qualifications: Relevant experience in operations management, schedule management or spatiotemporal capacity management. Data-driven strategist with proficiency in analytical tools (SQL/BI). Proactive ownership demonstrated in dynamic work environments. Fluent English communication skills (written & verbal).
