**Purpose of Role**:
The **Work Preparator** (Resource Management Specialist) is the person responsible for organizing and providing all the resources needed, allowing field technicians to realize field service activities in an organized and efficient way. This refers but is not restricted to tooling, engine parts, consumables, third parties suppliers and tooling. Also including events creation and management service reports, follow-up of warranty process, control and collect internal and customer invoice payment and contract management. Main focal point is to support local team in all internal activities related to the field and customer service.
Preferred location is Campinas, state of São Paulo and surroundings
**Essential Responsibilities**:
- Serve as the assistant and representative to the Regional Field Service Staff Managers - FSSM.
- Handle all direct and indirect customer contacts in a proactive and professional way.
- Identify parts and tools needed to prepare field service within the region and order through appropriate vendors.
- Manage material and labor resources in a cost sensitive way.
- Be resposible together workshop coordinator for the organizing of the tooling center in Campinas. Be responsible for tooling calibration, purchases updates and needing, and replacement when requested. Act direct and supervise the field tech team, controling the tooling distribution and inventory.
- Creation and management of all service events and triggered tasks within Oracle throughout the process.
- Provide support to FSSM through continuous monitoring of all scheduled and unscheduled resources for optimized utilization in accordance with working regulations and guidelines.
- Create required technical and commercial documentation during operations.
- Support technical warranty process, make sure that all required documents are filled in and uploaded correctly.
- Support the MYA contracts, checking and providing necessary documents to make sure that everything is correct.
- Check and update the local installed based requesting any necessary correction.
- Collect all the required documents to charge the customer. - Create necessary reports of control.
- Ensure compliance with quality and EHS guidelines regarding internal and external resources.
- Support EHS by assisting with safety audits, recording EHS observations, and informing the department of any issues.
- Review service events to track any unplanned actions/work which must be added. - Provide recommendations for improvement regarding operations initiatives.
- Work within the services team to achieve service key performance indicators.
- Committed to providing operational improvement recommendations and working towards achieving service key performance indicators, striving to reach the designed KPIs, regardless of location or time. Supports the repair workshop when needed, ensuring smooth operations and timely completion of repair tasks.

**Qualification Requirements**:
- High school diploma or equivalent in mechanical or electrical or equivalent technical education
- 3+ years of technical business experience in preparing service events and supporting of technical supervisors/coordinators required.
- Able to effectively interact and clearly communicate with customers at operational and management level. Customer focus.
- Troubleshooting skills with analytical mindset.
- Willingness to travel up to 40%.
- Customer service abilities.
- Ability to handle stress, stability working under pressure and resilience.
- Deep understanding and technical knowledge of the serving work across all product variants in order to organize and order all necessary servicing parts/ equipment.
- Knowledge of customers and their requirements in order to respond effectively to queries and to deliver good customer service.
- Ability to work in structured manner, set priorities, and take initiative.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Good computer skills, office proficiency and logic controls software.
**Desired**:
- Familiar with Jenbacher reciprocating gas engines.
