We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented App Development Assistant to support the product and engineering team in organizing features, coordinating tasks, and ensuring smooth delivery across mobile app projects. This is not a coding-heavy role, but understanding app development cycles is key.
Responsibilities- Assist in managing timelines and app project milestones
- Help document features, bugs, and updates in tools like Jira or Trello; liaise between developers and non-technical stakeholders
- Prepare briefs, QA tests, and basic app mockups or flowcharts
- Keep track of app store requirements, SDK updates, and compliance
- Conduct market research on competitors and user expectations
- Familiarity with mobile app development (Android/iOS) lifecycle
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work across time zones and manage priorities
- Tech-savvy with basic knowledge of UI/UX terms
- Fluent in English
- Experience using Figma, Notion, or Jira
- Basic understanding of APIs or SDKs
- Portuguese or Spanish proficiency
