Amazon Payment Products BR has the mission to launch and manage payments products that will drive affinity and affordability to our customers. We are seeking a Program Manager to lead cross-functional projects, implement process automation, develop data infrastructure, and drive operational improvements. The role requires strong project management skills, data analytics expertise, and the ability to maintain governance frameworks.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing projects and driving data-driven solutions in a complex organizational environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Lead cross-functional projects from ideation to execution, managing timelines and dependencies across teams
  • Design and implement process automation initiatives, partnering with Tech teams and external vendors
  • Develop data infrastructure and reporting frameworks to enable deep customer analysis and insights generation
  • Own and maintain governance frameworks, ensuring compliance with data privacy regulations and internal policies across various Payment Products
  • Provide solid program or project management experience
  • Work cross-functionally with tech and non-tech teams
  • Define and implement process improvement initiatives using data and metrics
  • Require a Bachelor’s degree
  • Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs) at an advanced level and SQL
  • Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements
  • Advanced English proficiency
  • Drive end-to-end delivery and communicate results to senior leadership
  • Drive process improvements
  • Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization
  • Experience building processes, project management, and schedules
