We are looking for a Full Stack Developer who will work on both the back-end infrastructure and front-end Web UI of various projects to empower users to understand and act on data insights, and to bring automation and visualization to our products at Syneos Health.

In our fast-paced environment you will work closely with data analysts, data engineers and department stakeholders on designing and building useful and enjoyable applications and tools. Our team consists of technologists, analysts and data scientists who are passionate about creating finely polished and intuitive experiences and, at the same time, obsess over performance, reliability, and maintainability of what we build. We challenge the status quo and strive towards finding the best way to solve problems.

• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve issues across the entire technology stack, including both front-end user interfaces and back-end systems.
• Maintain, improve, and optimize monthly data processing workflows
• Maintain, support, and continuously enhance client-facing applications, ensuring a seamless user experience and incorporating feedback from our panel.
• Consume, orchestrate, and integrate various third-party and internal APIs
• Create and maintain documentation for workflows, processes and applications

Motivated problem solver with required experience in the following technologies:

• 5+ years of experience as a full-stack developer, building scalable, secure, and user-friendly web applications from inception to deployment.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience working with Angular, developing dynamic, responsive, and visually engaging user interfaces.
• 3+ years of expertise with relational databases such as Oracle or SQL Server, including schema design, optimization and advanced querying.
• 3+ years of experience in designing, developing, and consuming .NET Web APIs, enabling seamless integration and data exchange between systems.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze complex issues, identify innovative solutions, and implement effective strategies that align with business goals.
• Committed to staying updated with emerging technologies, frameworks, and best practices to remain ahead in the rapidly evolving tech landscape.

• Highly detail-oriented with a proven ability to manage priorities effectively in a fast-paced and constantly changing environment.
• Demonstrates the ability to foster positive and collaborative relationships across diverse teams.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical colleagues.
• Outstanding ability to manage time efficiently, handle multiple concurrent tasks, and deliver high-quality results within tight deadlines.
• Flexible and resourceful, capable of thriving in dynamic environments while maintaining focus and productivity.
• High level of competency in English, with the ability to collaborate effectively with teams and navigate diverse workplace cultures.
