Job Description We are building a next‑generation real‑time market data platform that operates globally 24/7, connecting to multiple financial exchanges to deliver market data, benchmark prices, news, and research to our customers. The platform is engineered as a set of scalable, fault‑tolerant microservices with rich web and mobile UIs, largely on Microsoft stack with open‑source tools. As a Release Manager / QA Engineer reporting to the Digital Platforms Delivery Manager, you will focus on planning, testing, tracking, release, deployment, communication, and risk management. Responsibilities Hands‑on Release Management planning, coordination, and implementation Communication and reporting to stakeholders Release testing and validation Maintaining and improving release processes Key Interfaces Digital Platforms Delivery Manager Engineering Managers Product Owners / Product Management Software engineering team SRE Qualifications We are looking for an individual who is highly motivated, driven, and passionate about working in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment. Knowledge, Experience and Skills Hands‑on Release Management experience Hands‑on QA experience Solid understanding of Software Development Lifecycle Good understanding of application infrastructure, system architecture, and operating systems Ability to handle software infrastructure and configuration management Experience coordinating cross‑functional teams through task completion Release and testing automation experience using Cypress, Selenium, Playwright, Cucumber (Gherkin), TestNG, or similar frameworks 2–6 years of experience in Jira release management (Jira Releases, Roadmaps, Zephyr plugin) Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines Experience with GitHub Actions, Octopus, TeamCity, Jenkins, Azure DevOps, AWS, or similar Build & Deployment tools Experience with Git, Bash, PowerShell, Kubernetes, Azure CLI (plus) Experience in DevOps and Agile methodologies Computer science degree or similar discipline 7–9 years of experience in an IT environment General PC knowledge including Microsoft Office (Excel, Access) Additional Preferred Experience Programming in C#, Java, or Python Project management experience Knowledge of Scrum, Waterfall, or Kanban Knowledge of market data, commodity exchanges, and financial instruments Personal Attributes Excellent written and verbal communication skills Excellent analytical skills Structured thinking Team management skills Continuous improvement mindset Strategic thinker with ability to execute in fast‑paced environment Highly collaborative with cross‑team and cross‑geography coordination Results‑driven with focus on long‑term value creation Our Values Metrics driven – using insights to improve customer experience and business performance Accountable – keeping promises and getting things done Growth mindset – nimble response to change with urgency Inclusive – respecting diversity and fostering belonging Customer‑centric – putting customers first Collaborative – leveraging diverse perspectives Application Information We will review only CVs in English.
