Employer Industry: Biopharmaceuticals Why consider this job opportunity: Salary up to $110,000 Eligible for participation in a short-term incentives program Comprehensive employee benefits package, including 401(k) with company contributions Flexible work environment with remote-based opportunities Supportive culture focused on collaboration and continuous improvement Opportunities for professional growth and development within the organization What to Expect (Job Responsibilities): Facilitate the Promotional Review Committee (PRC) process by coordinating meetings and ensuring stakeholder participation Manage the submission, routing, and tracking of promotional and non-promotional materials through electronic review systems Ensure that all submitted materials meet quality standards and contain required documentation prior to PRC submission Communicate committee comments, required revisions, and consensus outcomes during live discussion meetings Support continuous improvement initiatives related to PRC processes and training What is Required (Qualifications): 2-5 years of relevant experience with a strong understanding of PRC procedures and regulatory/compliance considerations Proficiency in Veeva PromoMats and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook) Exceptional attention to detail and effective communication skills Ability to lead and facilitate productive meetings and foster a high-performing team environment Problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to resolving issues How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications): Experience with proofreading technical documents Basic understanding of FDA promotional regulations and submission requirements BA/BS Degree preferred We prioritize candidate privacy and champion equal-opportunity employment.
