We are currently seeking a highly organized and motivated Lead Project Administrator to join our team.
In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing program management activities, creating impactful content, and ensuring the effective execution of initiatives. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders, program leads, and team members to deliver high-quality results and support the success of the Flutter agencies program.
Responsibilities

  • Manage and support the execution of the Flutter agencies program, including stakeholder communication, maintaining updated documentation, adhering to schedules, and meeting deadlines, while collaborating with the Program Manager
  • Create and develop compelling content in English, such as program documentation, speaker presentations, blog posts, and other materials related to the Flutter program
  • Establish efficient processes for the program, including tracking KPIs and OKRs through detailed reports and metrics to provide insights to the program lead
  • Collaborate with the program team to ensure alignment and successful execution of initiatives
  • Assist in planning and implementing virtual and in-person events, programs, and campaigns, focusing on engaging developer communities and strengthening customer relationships
  • Organize and host virtual events such as webinars, workshops, and meetups to promote learning and community engagement around the Flutter agencies program

Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field
  • At least 5 years of professional experience in project or program management, ideally in developer relations
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in leading and managing teams
  • Experience in planning and executing virtual campaigns and events, with a focus on technology products or developer audiences
  • Ability to conduct research, analyze data, and generate reports to track program performance and measure progress against defined KPIs and OKRs
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines effectively
  • A high degree of ownership and independence in day-to-day responsibilities
  • Fluent English communication skills, both written and spoken, at a C1 level or higher

Nice to have
  • Familiarity with Google technologies, particularly Flutter
  • Experience working with developer communities or technical audiences
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace tools, including Google Sheets, Google Docs, Google Drive, and Gmail
