Job DescriptionYour JobLAO Fleet Operations Lead will join our expanding team on a permanent basis.This position is ideal if you have experience in car fleet or car rental management who are eager to gain further experience within a dynamic and growing global fleet department. The successful candidate will possess strong organizational skills and a customer-centric mindset. Reporting directly to the K-C Regional Americas Fleet Manager, the LAO Fleet Operations Lead will also work closely with other Global TEMF team members, internal stakeholders, functions, and suppliers.It starts with YOU.In This Role You WillDay-to-Day Fleet Management:
Oversee daily operational tasks related to fleet management. Escalation Point:
Serve as the primary contact for fleet suppliers and end-user escalations. Collaboration:
Work with the Global Fleet Admin on purchase order creation and invoice follow-up from fleet suppliers. CARS+ Process:
Assist with the CARS+ process for all new car leases. Data and Reporting:
Manage Americas car fleet data and reporting to improve driver behaviour and highlight continuous improvements in both processes and spending. Future Projects:
Collaborate with the Regional Americas Fleet Manager on future car fleet and mobility projects, focusing on new transportation developments (such as electrification) and enhancing the internal customer experience. Backup Support:
