Overview Join the Desenvolvimento AEM (Adobe Experience Manager) Pleno role at GFT Brasil . We are looking for a mid‑senior level AEM developer who can design, develop, and maintain digital solutions using the powerful AEM CMS. Responsibilities Create and configure components, templates, and workflows in AEM. Develop reusable components using HTL, Sling Models, and Java. Personalize AEM behavior through OSGi and servlets. Integrate frontend (HTML, CSS, JS, React) with AEM backend. Integrate AEM with external APIs, REST/SOAP services, CRM, DAM, Adobe Target, Adobe Analytics, and other systems. Configure content replication and synchronization between author and publish environments. Follow agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFe) and modern development practices (clean code, Git). Qualifications Strong experience with Adobe Experience Manager. Proficiency in HTL, Sling Models, Java, and OSGi. Knowledge of frontend technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React). Experience integrating AEM with external systems and API services. Familiarity with agile development practices. Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
