What to Expect
  • Provide clinical support for the VELYS robotic-assisted solution and navigation systems in orthopedic surgical cases
  • Facilitate customer experiences to build confidence in utilizing VELYS technology
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive product adoption and utilization
  • Support marketing efforts at society events to promote the VELYS product portfolio
  • Lead change and influence stakeholders at all levels within the organization
What is Required
  • BA/BS degree or 3 years of clinical experience in total joint sales
  • Highly self-motivated with strong organizational skills
  • Ability to manage time and priorities effectively
  • Interest in Medical Devices, Software, Hospital IT, and Video Technology
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • In-depth knowledge of anatomy and robotic arthroplasty
  • Strong clinical experience in an operating room environment
  • Extensive hands-on clinical experience with robotic surgery
  • Previous experience in portfolio management or marketing for joint reconstruction and trauma
