If you excel at building, optimizing, and scaling high-ROI campaigns while managing multiple client accounts at once, we want to talk to you.**What We’re Looking For**- **Availability during U.S. commercial hours (8am-6pm EST)** with flexibility to handle urgent matters outside these hours when necessary.- Proven track record managing **$10k+/month in ad spend per client** with measurable success.- Experience with **U.S.based clients** and understanding of U.S. market trends.- Background working in a **marketing agency** or managing multiple client accounts simultaneously.- Mastery of Facebook Ads Manager, Business Manager, and Pixel setup.- Strong skills in conversion tracking, retargeting, and funnel building.- Data-driven decision-making and analytical skills.- Strong communication and organizational skills for client management.- **Fluent in English** — both written and spoken — for clear communication with clients and internal teams.- Highly organized, proactive, and able to manage competing priorities.**This Job Fits You If**- You are **naturally competitive**, assertive, and persistent — you don’t take no for an answer and always dig deeper.- You’re passionate, innovative, and collaborative. You take ownership of your work and aim to make a real impact.- You’re a **problem solver through-and-through**, tackling even the most complex marketing challenges until you find answers.- You have a **comprehensive understanding of marketing funnels, paid ads, social media, and analytics**.- You’re an expert in Facebook Ads, having directly managed **large budget campaigns with measurable results**.- You pay close attention to detail — small things don’t slip by you.- You are **eager to learn**, test, and strategize while using client budgets wisely to maximize ROI.**What You’ll Do**- Provide clear, actionable performance reports to clients and internal teams on a regular basis.- Stay current with Meta policy changes, trends, and algorithm updates.- Strategize, launch, and manage high-converting campaigns across Facebook & Instagram.- Work across **multiple industries**, adapting strategies to different markets and goals.- Conduct in-depth audience research, targeting, and segmentation for each client.- Create compelling ad copy and collaborate on scroll-stopping creatives.- Implement A/B tests on creatives, audiences, and landing pages to improve CTR, CPA, and ROAS.- Monitor campaigns daily and make fast, data-driven optimizations.- Manage budgets effectively to maximize ROI.- Collaborate with clients or leadership to define goals and create strategies to meet them.- Oversee campaign design and content to ensure relevance for the target audience.- Work with all aspects of social media advertising including automation, ad scheduling, conversion tracking, and video ads.- Stay up to date on digital marketing trends, platform changes, attribution, and programmatic media buying.- Test variations of ads to identify top performers.- Measure and optimize campaigns using vendor dashboards, Google Analytics, and marketing analytics reports.- Perform post-campaign analysis to determine performance and ROI.- Lead brainstorming sessions for new advertising campaign concepts, content, and design elements.**Bonus Points If You Have**- Familiarity with tools like GoHighLevel, Google Analytics, etc**Proven success managing other ad platforms** — Google, YouTube, LinkedIn, Reddit, TikTok, etc.**Job Types**: Full-time, ContractPay: From R$20.00 per hourApplication Question(s):- Are you available from 8am to 6pm EST on weekdays, with flexibility outside work hours?- Confirm you uploaded the video or short presentation with your most successful Meta campaign for a U.S.based client, including: Amount of leads, Cost per lead, Campaign period, Total investment, and Overall results- What are your hourly rate expectations?- Have you previously worked with paid traffic ads in other platforms (google, linked in, tiktok, etc.)?- Please confirm that you’ve read and agree with everything outlined in this job description, including availability, responsibilities, and expectations.
