Job Opportunity: Service Technician Key Responsibilities: Technical Development: Engage in regular training sessions to enhance technical skills and service capabilities. Collaborate with the technical services department to optimize spare parts inventory. Document equipment quality issues and propose improvement suggestions. Assist colleagues with on-site inventory of spare parts warehouses. Maintain a safe working environment for both the organization and customers. Expertise and Qualifications: Install, repair, and maintain Injection Molding Machinery, linear robots, hopper dryers, auto-load systems, chillers, software, and control systems. Conduct routine safety checks on equipment. Provide equipment usage training and support customer maintenance needs. Troubleshooting and Documentation: Investigate machine failures, document findings, and implement corrective actions. Order replacement parts as needed and document worn parts for future reference. Customer Support and Training: Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone or onsite visits. Offer maintenance recommendations and provide on-site services to customers. Reporting and Compliance: Compile written reports on all service calls, including key contacts and machine workload. Deliver after-sales service and technical training to customers and agents on equipment operation, safety, and maintenance practices.
