FINTECH LEAD | PROFITABLE CONSUMER FINTECH | P&L LEADERSHIP OPPORTUNITY Our Client is a large profitable listed international fintech, part of a major technology group that is transforming how individuals and businesses access and manage financial services. From digital wallets to credit solutions and payment platforms, their offerings span multiple international markets, empowering millions to transact, save, and grow with ease. As part of their continued expansion, the company is seeking an experienced payments & lending fintech professional to drive and shape their licensed fintech initiatives in Brazil. With the support of global headquarters, and a sizeable on-the-ground manpower, this role offers the chance to influence strategy, create and lead a high-performing team, and deliver products & services that set the bar for fintechs in the region. Requirements 10+ years in financial services or fintech, with varied exposure towards payments, digital lending, credit and mobile wallet. Experience in developing and growing usage through mobile app. Background in start-up, fast-growth environments is highly desirable. Strong leadership skills with experience in building, motivating, and developing teams. Fluency in written & conversational English communications will enable collaborations with international stakeholders. Brazilian nationals are welcomed to apply.
