Finance at TRACTIAN The Finance team at TRACTIAN manages the company’s financial health, overseeing planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis. They ensure all departments have the resources needed for efficient operations, handle financial reporting and compliance, and work closely with other teams to align with strategic goals. Finance is crucial for driving profitability, managing cash flow, and maintaining a healthy financial foundation as the company scales. What You'll Do As a Fiscal Analyst, you will manage operational processes related to auxiliary tax obligations and address daily fiscal challenges. You will ensure compliance with Brazilian tax regulations while identifying opportunities to optimize efficiency and accuracy in fiscal processes. This role combines routine operational tasks with strategic process improvements. Responsibilities Oversee and ensure accurate preparation and submission of auxiliary tax obligations (e.g., SPED, EFD-Contribuições, ECF). Resolve fiscal and tax-related issues to ensure compliance with Brazilian regulations, including tax calculations (ICMS, ICMS-DIFAL, IPI, ISS, PIS, and COFINS). Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to stay updated on fiscal policies and requirements. Identify and implement process optimizations to improve efficiency and accuracy. Maintain detailed records for audits and inspections. Support tax system updates and integrations. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field, or equivalent experience. 2+ years of experience in fiscal operations and Brazilian tax compliance. Strong understanding of Brazilian tax regulations and auxiliary obligations, including SPED and DCTF. Experience with tax software and ERP systems, such as SAP, is highly desirable.
