PRODUCT MANAGER SPECIALIST
Responsabilidades e atribuições
- Liderar a construção da estratégia e posicionamento de produto
- Definir e acompanhar os KPIs e KRs da jornada de produto para tomada de decisões
- Facilitar a cocriação e a manutenção da visão dos produtos que é responsável
- Analisar o mercado e antecipar tendências que possam afetar o produto de sua responsabilidade
- Ser independente para análise de dados (disponíveis)
- Interagir com os participantes do ecossistema no que tange o tema Pagamentos Instantâneos e relacionados (Open Finance, IPs, Baas)
- Ser a “voz do usuário”
- Ser o responsável pelos resultados do produto, a partir dos objetivos acordados.
- Gerenciar o dia-a-dia de produto em conjunto com o time
- Priorizar e refinar o backlog do produto
- Interagir com times de produto, stakeholders para retroalimentar upstream com hipóteses
- Navegar nas diversas áreas da empresa envolvidas no tema de sua responsabilidade para estabelecer e comunicar prioridades de forma assertiva
Requisitos e qualificações
Obrigatórios:
- Experiência há mais de 5 anos como Product Manager;
- Experiência anterior na area de desenvolvimento de software;
- Experiência em Open Finance e PIX;
- Amplo conhecimento em desenvolvimento de produtos digitais (upstream, downstream, construção backlogs,etc)
- Conhecimento avançado em técnicas de gestão de produto (discovery, análise de dados, árvore de oportunidades, etc)
- Ter atuado com indicadores de resultados (OKRs, KPIs)
- Propositivo para construção de posicionamento de mercado
- Alta capacidade de adaptação
- Alta capacidade de comunicação e influência
- Conhecimento em Engenharia de Software.
Desejáveis:
- Já ter atuado com o arranjo SPI e no mercado de meios de pagamento
