Ict Support Technician

The company is now looking to employ an ICT Support Technician to strengthen further its operations within the Malta office and to support our ICT team.This is an ideal opportunity for someone who is looking for their first role in ICT. Previous ICT experience is not essential. Wants important to us is your willingness to learn and that you are passionate about ICT. Internal training shall be provided.We offer our employees a great work life balance, by providing the flexibility of Hybrid working from the office or from home in Malta.**Key Responsibilities**:- Perform maintenance and diagnosis on any ICT equipment belonging to Besedo.- Install and configure additional hardware and software across various platforms, both locally and remotely hosted.- Responsible for creating and managing user accounts in both Hybrid Office 365 and on-premises Active Directory environments- Responsible for the security of the network and infrastructure, both physical and virtual, immediately report any identified breaches to the ICT Manager.- Monitor, react and update incident reports via Ticketing System.- Manage and maintain ICT asset inventory within the cloud-based asset management system, ensuring accurate tracking- Responsible for the ICT checklists.- To assist the HR team with ICT training preparation for other Besedo employees.- Support Administration with the access control systems technical issues.- Assist the Systems Engineer and ICT Manager in leading and completing projects on time.**Skills, Knowledge & Expertise**:- Excellent verbal and written language skills in English.- It would be an advantage if you have ICT Administrator or support experience or ICT certifications.- Reliable, empathetic, high work ethic, excellent attention to detail, organised and meticulous.- Proactive and positive with a sense of urgency and can do attitude.- Ability to work in a fast paced environment and under pressure.**Job Type**: Indefinite****What distinguishes us from others****Job**S**atisfaction**:At Besedo we take pride in working as teams that protect millions of users from scammers.
