Because your growth is our business. Your Mission As a Finance Analyst, you’ll play a key role in supporting the financial operations and decision‑making of our growing agency. You will help ensure accurate reporting, efficient processes, and insightful analysis to guide leadership. This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their finance career who wants to build skills in a fast‑paced environment. You’ll work closely with the CFO, leadership, and cross‑functional teams to ensure our numbers are accurate, our forecasts are precise, and our decisions are data‑driven. What You’ll Do Assist in preparing monthly financial statements, management reports, and client profitability analyses. Collect, organize, and validate financial data to ensure accuracy and completeness. Help track KPIs such as revenue, margin, expenses, and cash flow. Budgeting & Forecasting Be in charge of updating Cash Flow projections. Support the finance team in preparing budgets and rolling forecasts. Compare actuals vs. budget and highlight key variances. Provide insights to help leadership make data‑driven decisions. Process & Operations Support Help maintain accounting records, reconciliations, and internal documentation. Be in charge of client billing, expense tracking, and vendor payments with their respective onboarding process. Work with project managers to ensure financial data aligns with operational activity. Data & Tools Build and maintain simple dashboards and reports to increase transparency. Support implementation and improvement of financial systems and tools. Help streamline reporting processes for efficiency and clarity. Propose tech/AI tools to improve processes wherever possible. Who You Are You have a Business, Finance, or Economics Degree and 2-3 years of professional experience, with strong English skills. Analytical & Detail‑Oriented You’re comfortable working with numbers, spreadsheets, and financial data. You double‑check your work and notice inconsistencies others might miss. Curious & Eager to Learn You’re early in your finance career and excited to grow your skills. You ask good questions and want to understand how business decisions connect to the numbers. Organized & Reliable You manage multiple tasks and deliverables on time. You understand that accuracy and consistency are critical in finance. You work well with others and know when to ask for support. You’re resourceful and look for ways to make processes better.
