Suas responsabilidades incluem:

  • Negociar condições comerciais com companhias aéreas;
  • Gerenciar indicadores de desempenho e traçar planos de desenvolvimento;
  • Desenhar projetos e estratégias para impactar vendas e rentabilidade;
  • Atuar como mediador entre a equipe de Operações e o parceiro externo;
  • Gerenciar o time de Especialistas;
  • Gerir vendas e resultados dos parceiros.

Para se candidatar, você precisa ter:

  • Experiência comercial com negociações de produtos aéreos;
  • Fluência em Espanhol (interação LATAM);
  • Domínio de Metodologias ágeis e Excel intermediário;
  • Experiência em gestão de fornecedores, contratos, projetos, análise de dados e relatórios;
  • Visão estratégica, liderança, negociação e habilidade para ambientes dinâmicos.
