About the Project As a Senior Fullstack React Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and developing scalable web applications using React and modern backend technologies. Develop and maintain robust web applications with a focus on scalability and performance. Design and implement robust APIs that integrate seamlessly with front-end components. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions and ensure best practices in coding and architecture. Key Responsibilities Develop, test, and deploy code to production environments. Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to deliver high-quality features and products. Optimize performance and troubleshoot complex technical issues across the stack. Drive technical decisions and contribute to architectural improvements. Mentor junior developers and foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement. Required Skills and Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. 5+ Years of experience working in React with Redux. 2+ Years of experience working in leading/mentoring a team of 5 people or more. 2+ Years of experience working with C# or Ruby on Rails.
