Overview City Manager Assistant - Marketing Project - Sao Paulo — Salary up to 7,000 BRL per month. This is a short-term onsite marketing project lasting 6 to 8 weeks, with a possible extension of 2 weeks. The campaign involves distributing free books door-to-door in different residential areas of the city. Base pay range: R$108,000.00/yr. Responsibilities Conduct onsite distribution Monday through Friday across different areas of Sao Paulo (2 x 3-hour shifts per day, with a 1-hour lunch break between shifts) Ensure smooth communication and project alignment with the City Manager Manage and distribute materials for all onsite activations throughout the campaign Assist the Campaign Manager in the overall planning and execution of the campaign Ensure good standing of the operation throughout the entire length of the campaign How to Apply Please send your resume and a brief cover letter to Include details of your relevant experience and confirmation of car ownership and driving license status. Requirements Some marketing experience or in related fields. (1 to 2 years) Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and presentation skills (e.g., PowerPoint) Must own a car and hold a valid driving license with no offenses on record Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask under tight deadlines This is a heavy physical role, so must be able to stand, walk, and move heavy materials for hours.
