Be among the first 25 applicants. About the Role Account Manager – candidates must reside in Brazil. This is a contracted, remote position based in Navegantes, Santa Catarina, Brazil. Position Summary The Account Manager is responsible for the development and achievement of sales in the assigned accounts. Responsibilities Develop, establish, and implement an effective sales plan tailored to the assigned accounts to achieve quarterly and annual sales targets. Focus on rapidly developing and growing business within the assigned accounts. Act as the key interface between customers and all relevant Novogene divisions. Maintain current understanding of the company's products and services. Communicate accurately and efficiently with a wide range of professionals within assigned accounts. Utilize Salesforce.com to accurately document and track client‑related information and sales opportunities. Field‑based position; available to travel within Brazil. Qualifications Background BS degree in life science (biology, biochemistry, genetics) – advanced degree encouraged. Prior sales and account management experience in biotech a plus. Deep knowledge/network within assigned accounts is a plus. Working knowledge of NGS, genomics, and/or molecular biology. Experience in SFDC or other CRM software.
