Senior Legal Officer - Brazil At the heart of our organisation lies a commitment to legal excellence, and we are seeking a Senior Legal Officer to lead our team in Brazil. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial services, payments, fintech, and/or crypto, with prior experience in leadership or management roles. Key responsibilities include: Providing expert legal guidance on corporate governance, risk management, and regulatory compliance; Representing the company before public authorities, regulators, financial institutions, and key partners; Maintaining a constructive relationship with Brazilian regulators and self-regulatory bodies; Approving budgets and monitoring cash flow, capital, and liquidity needs; Building and leading the local leadership team. Requirements include: 5+ years of professional experience in relevant fields; Strong understanding of the Brazilian regulatory landscape; Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Finance, Engineering, or a related field; Proven leadership, stakeholder-management, and decision-making skills; Proficiency in Portuguese and English; Must be resident in Brazil.
