The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, automating, and maintaining scalable and secure infrastructure to support our applications. You’ll collaborate closely with development and operations teams across time zones to ensure smooth deployments, high availability, and system reliability.Key Responsibilities Design, implement, and manageKubernetes clusters(EKS, AKS, GKE, or self-managed). Develop and maintainCI/CD pipelinesfor automated build, test, and deployment. ImplementInfrastructure as Code (IaC)using Terraform, Helm, or Ansible. Ensuresystem scalability, security, and high availabilityacross environments. Automate deployment, scaling, and management ofcontainerized applications. Monitor and optimize infrastructure usingPrometheus, Grafana, or ELK stack. Managesecrets, certificates, and service configurationssecurely. Collaborate with teams acrossET and ISTtime zones to support releases and resolve incidents. Implementobservability best practicesto ensure performance and reliability. Participate inon-call rotationandincident managementprocesses.Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. 3–5+ years of experience inDevOps,SRE, or similar roles. Hands-on experience managingKubernetesin production environments. Strong background inDockerand container orchestration. Proficiency inTerraform,Helm, andCI/CD tools(GitHub Actions, Jenkins, GitLab CI, etc.). Experience withcloud platforms(AWS, Azure, or GCP). Proficiency inLinux administrationandshell scripting. Solid understanding ofnetworking, security, andmonitoringin cloud environments. Excellent communication and collaboration skills for distributed teams.Preferred Qualifications Certifications such asCKA / CKAD / AWS Certified DevOps Engineer. Experience withservice mesh technologies(Istio) orArgoCD / Flux. Familiarity withGitOpsprinciples and best practices. Experience withcost optimizationandperformance tuningin Kubernetes. Familiarity withserverlessorhybrid cloudenvironments. Good to have:experience managingblockchain infrastructure(nodes, validators, or related DevOps workflows).Work Schedule Must havesignificant overlap between 5 AM – 2 PM ETfor collaboration with both US and India-based teams.
