WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

We're hiring a Meta Ads Manager who can take full control of our Facebook and Instagram ad channels—replacing agency and outperforming them in 60 days.

This role is yours to own. You'll run it, scale it, and build a machine around it.

We want someone who's driven by mission, not just money.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Take over our Meta ad account (currently spending £400K/month)
• Come up with 95% of the ad angles, hooks, and campaigns (Founder will send you some things to turn into ads)
• Build and test landing pages that actually convert
• Use our 33K+ reviews, customer stories, and product results to fuel your creative
• Turn the founder's raw ideas, notes, or videos into full ads (when provided)
• Build your own lean team as needed (e.g., video editor, outsourced image creation, etc.) — but only when it's worth the money. We run lean, cut dead wood fast, and only hire when absolutely necessary so you should have the skills to start doing the above and then hire.
• Hit and maintain ROAS targets unless testing a branding initiative
• Ask for what you need—tools, creators, budget. You'll have our backing most of the time.

WHAT YOU WON'T DO

• You won't wait for us to tell you what to test
• You won't be buried in meetings
• You won't be forced to work on fake, low-quality products
• You won't be chasing bonuses—we expect high performance as standard
• You won't be treated like a cog in a machine

WHO YOU ARE

• You've scaled Meta ad accounts spending £100K+/month and know what you're doing
• You think like a direct-response marketer and live inside customer psychology
• You know how to write or brief scroll-stopping ads
• You're not afraid to take ownership and lead
• Most of all—you want to build something real that helps people

COMPENSATION

• Compensation based on experience – we're open to finding the right fit. We pay well, but we don't pay for fluff. If you've got the skills, we'll make it work
• Full-time and fully remote (some in-person meetings if nearby)
• 28 days paid annual leave
• No performance bonus—we don't bribe people to care.
• Long-term loyalty and impact will be rewarded in more meaningful ways
