Infrastructure Automation Specialist We are seeking a proactive and result-driven professional with a passion for automation, operational excellence, and continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities: Own the daily health, performance, and availability of enterprise monitoring tools to ensure seamless system operations. Perform routine maintenance, upgrades, and configuration tuning to maintain optimal system efficiency. Triage and resolve monitoring-related incidents and service tickets in a timely manner to minimize downtime. Collaborate closely with application, infrastructure, and DevOps teams to foster a culture of collaboration and knowledge sharing. Design and develop dashboards, alerts, and reports to provide real-time insights and inform strategic decision-making. Participate actively in on-call rotations and support incident response efforts to ensure business continuity. Develop and maintain comprehensive operational procedures and knowledge base articles to promote best practices and reduce knowledge gaps. Necessary Skills and Qualifications: Strong understanding of automation principles and technologies. Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues. Proven experience in monitoring tool management and incident resolution. Effective communication and collaboration skills with ability to work across multiple teams.
