Regional Sales Director – Latin America(Financial Technology Solutions for Central Banks)About CMACMA Small Systems is a global leader in mission-critical payment and settlement solutions, serving over 60 central banks and commercial banks in more than 60 countries. With 32+ years of expertise and 1500+ successful projects delivered, CMA provides state-of-the-art systems including RTGS, ACH, CSD, National Payment Gateways, and Trading/Settlement platforms.Role OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Regional Sales Director to lead CMA’s business development and client management efforts in Latin America. This role requires a proactive hunter with strong C-level relationships in the financial sector and the ability to grow our footprint across the region.Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and close new business opportunities with Central banks and major Financial institutions Be able to travel frequently on business trips Maintain and expand long-term relationships with existing clients Act as a trusted partner to clients, supporting them through implementation and beyond Monitor market trends and competitive landscape, advising senior management on strategy Lead RFP processes, prepare proposals and presentations Represent CMA at key events and industry forums in LATAM Drive partnerships and alliances with regional stakeholdersDesired Skills & Qualifications5+ years of experience in technology sales / business development (financial software preferred) Proven track record of exceeding sales targets in LATAM Strong existing network in banking and regulatory institutions Knowledge of payment systems (RTGS, ACH, CSD, Instant Payments) is a strong advantage Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills Ability to travel up to 50% of the time across Latin America Fluent in Spanish and English (B2+/C1) Bachelor’s degree required; technical/finance background preferredWhat We OfferOpportunity to drive strategic growth in one of CMA’s key regions A role with both independence and strong support from global HQ Competitive compensation package with performance incentives
