Key Responsibilities Financial and Strategic Planning: Lead strategic planning, budget, and latest estimate processes, providing detailed analysis of the P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Generation for leadership. Performance Analysis and Insights: Monitor and analyze product category performance by comparing actual vs. estimated results to identify optimization opportunities and improve the execution of business plans. Business Decision Support: Partner with the Marketing team in commercial meetings to evaluate the financial feasibility of investments, calculate breakeven points, and develop product P&L analyses, focusing on margin and return on investment. Financial Modeling and Forecasting: Build comprehensive P&Ls for new product launches (RFMC), including pricing, investment, and margin analysis, ensuring the accuracy of Mix and GTN planning based on commercial discussions. Reporting and Presentations: Prepare submission reports for the division and senior leadership, including the consolidation and explanation of P&L variances at each quarter‑end for accounting close. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related fields. Previous experience in Finance. Advanced English. Knowledge of Microsoft Office or Google Tools. Knowledge in Analytics (Dashboard, data visualization). Intermediate Spanish (desirable).
