The ideal candidate will be adept at communication and able to quickly learn new tools and software.

Availability:
Full-Time
Work Schedule:
Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM UTC
Responsibilities of the Role:
- Manage the internal ticketing system, ensuring issues are promptly identified and resolved.
- Handle the support email, responding to client inquiries according to team guidelines.
Required Experience and Qualifications:
- Advanced level of English, with strong communication skills.
- Proficiency in basic computer skills and the ability to quickly learn new tools and software.
Language Requirement:
C1/C2 Level of English proficiency.
