As a Senior Project Manager, you'll lead cross‑functional project teams across multiple client accounts, ensuring smooth delivery, operational excellence, and alignment with strategic goals. Responsibilities Oversee and mentor a team of Project Managers to ensure top‑quality project execution Define and implement project management best practices, SLAs, and SOPs Audit, optimize, and standardize workflows across multiple accounts Manage client communications, project scope, deliverables, and deadlines Lead process improvements and system implementations (ClickUp, onboarding / off‑boarding, etc.) Ensure efficient resource distribution, prioritization, and team accountability Contribute to overall business strategy, operations, and team performance goals Maintain a 50% billable workload while coaching PMs and influencing operations Establish Day success plans and measure performance Requirements 6‑10+ years of project management experience in marketing, creative, or e‑commerce agencies Proven leadership experience directly managing teams Strong background in process creation, system implementation, and client‑facing delivery Excellent communication, strategic thinking, and delegation skills Agency experience managing multiple service lines is required Proactive, solution‑oriented, and able to "fix and build" within a growing agency environment English fluency required (C1+) Benefits Salary Range: $4,500 - $6,500 USD / month Type of Contract: Independent Contractor Unlimited PTO Seniority level: Mid‑Senior level Employment type: Full‑time Job function: Other Industry: IT Services and IT Consulting Only CVs in English will be considered to participate in the process. #J-18808-Ljbffr
