**Basic Requirements**:
**_ Tecnico ou tecnólogo com formação eletronica, eletrotécnica ou telecom com CREA, experiência na área de monitoramento e suporte em Infraestrutura de Telecom. Conhecimento em atividades de suporte remoto, intervenção nível 01, conhecimento em redes e Telecom. Preferencialmente com certificação ITIL e/ou COBIT._**
